THE BUDDHA
The method of meditation involves sitting quietly with eyes closed, and going slowly, in the mind, through the words of an inspirational passage that appeals to you deeply.It may be a prayer, or a poem from one of the great mystics, or a piece of scripture from any of the world's religions. It must be a very positive selection. When you sit quietly like this every morning, concentrating com pletely on words that embody your highest ide als you are giving your mind thoughts of the purest quality to work with during the day.. These selfless thoughts begin to mold your life. Joy begins to follow you throughout the day.
